He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Jasper Decker (Melba Harris Decker) and Melba Decker; and his siblings, Lenore (Jack), Marilyn (Leon), Jack (Jean), Donna (Gordon), Ada (John) and Bill (Mi Fawnwy).
He is survived by: his wife Joanne; and his children, F. Jay (Bethann), Kevin (Vanessa), Erin (Scot), Scott (Carol), Joshua (Rose), Megan (Erin) and Brienne (Joseph). He is also survived by 25 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren.
