“I am so sorry for your loss. I didn't know Kathy very well but she did have a big impact on our lives. 7 years back I needed to find a LTC for my wife. I cold called every LTC on my insurance. I visited Enumclaw late on a Sunday afternoon. It was Kathy that greeted me in the most amazingly pleasant and gracious manner. She gave me great deal of time, which I'm sure she couldn't spare. It was based solely on Kathy I chose this LTC. My wife lived there 7 yrs until passing in Jan. Bill Clausmeyer”
