He is survived by: his brother A. G. Zumwalt (Jerry); his wife Judy; his daughter Tami; his grandchildren, Brad Hembree and Leeann Hembree; and his siblings, Jerry Zumwalt (Polly), Clyde Zumwalt (Lynn) and Laurel Barsalou. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
