She was predeceased by: her parents, Henrietta Sofia Molendijk and Wilbur Hans Hornstra; and her son Steven Allen. She is survived by: her husband Garrett Van Beek; her sons, Mark, Bryan and Rob Van Beek; and her grandsons, Mark Wilbur, Bryan and Robert Scott.
