He is survived by: his wife Jean Elizabeth Schmidt of Enumclaw; his children, Michael Shouse (Christy) of Middletown, Thomas Shouse (Cantrice) of Hilo, Hawaii, Dawn Schmidt of Long Beach, Caryn Sandwith (Scott) of Black Diamond and Mary Crawford (Jim) of Parma, Idaho; and his sister Jackie Longinetti of La Mesa, California. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren.
