He is survived by: his wife Linda; his sons, Lucas Huizenga (Melissa), Daniel Huizenga (Nicole) and Thomas Huizenga (Brandi); his grandchildren, Chandler, Scarlett, Reese, Vera, Clayson and Miller; and his siblings, Gloria (late John), Ted (Terri), Debbie (Hair), Darrel, Gilbert Dale, Tami (Brett) and Todd (Julie).
