She was predeceased by: her husband John Bernard Shields; her daughter Christine Jameyson; her sisters, Sheila Harris of Montana and Sharon Neff of Anchorage, AK; and her granddaughter Alisha VanWieringen.
She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Shields (Sue) and Kevin Shields (Gina); her son-in-law Tom Jameyson of Enumclaw; her daughters, Paula Watterson (Tom) of Enumclaw, Maureen Weisbeck (David) of Buckley, Denise Streeter (Steve) of Enumclaw and Shawn VanWieringen (Gregg) of Enumclaw; her sister Kathleen Wheeler of Libby, MT; and also, Rose Helen Dapper of Seattle and Carol Shields of Madison, AL. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren and 40 great grandchildren.
