He was predeceased by: his father James D. Andrew (Jim). He is survived by: his mother Betty M. Andrew; his girlfriend Suzette Rogers; his children, Dan Andrew and Chelsie Andrew; and his brother Les Andrew (Jeannette). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
