He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Forbes and Thelma Forbes; and his sister Carol McMurtray. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine; his sons, Justin (Tiffany) and Bradley (Bonnie); and his grandchildren, Brooklyn and Wyatt.
