She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Perry D Herrin and Lillian Sparrow; her husband Bill Philley; her daughter Dawn Schweikl; and her stepson Bill Philley, Jr.. She was also cherished by three stepchildren, 15 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
