She is survived by: her children, Loren Clark of Elma, Mike Clark of Bothell, Washington and Susan Carlin (David) of Potosi, Missouri.; and her brothers, Mike Jernigan, Larry Jernigan, Brian Jernigan and Pat Jernigan. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
