He was predeceased by: his parents, Naaman Harrison and Ruth Williams; and his siblings, Margie, Elizabeth and Marshall Sr..

He is survived by: his daughter Wendy (Kenneth Todd) of Olympia; and his grandchildren, Donovan Baldwin (Jennifer) and Megan Molineux (Chris). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
