He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bugher of Elma, WA; his children, Kimberly Lopez of Chehalis, WA, James Bugher of Flower Mound, TX, Candi McHaffie of Lynnwood, WA and Jennifer Combes of Elma, WA; his stepchildren, Cecil Whipple of Montana and Brenda Whipple of Olympia, WA; and his sisters, Linda Maynard of Tok, AK, Susie Morgan of Elma, WA and Shelia Reed of Wishkah, WA. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
