He was predeceased by: his parents, Urban Cloutier and Mildred Cloutier; his brother Jerald Cloutier; and his son Ronald Cloutier. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Cloutier; his children, Leonard Cloutier, Teresa Smith, Janet Cloutier and Margaret Cloutier; and his brothers, James Cloutier and Daniel Cloutier.
