He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddy C. Miller and Valdine Frances Miller (Betassa); his sister Delores; and his brother-in-law Leonard Anthony. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Elaine Torppa; his children, Rochelle Tarbert (Tony) of Palmer, AK and Eddy (Melanie) of North Bend, WA; his grandchildren, Michael Tarbert (Angela) of Soldotna, AK, Eric Tarbert (Nataliya) of Anchorage, AK, Madisyn and Allisyn Miller of North Bend, WA; his great grandchildren, Isabella, Liliana, Elijah, Ruby and Logan; and his nephews, Pomeranians, Waylon and Willie. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces.
