It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leroy Heppard of Ellensburg, Washington, born in Sullivan, Indiana, who passed away on July 21, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar Heppard and Lysabeth Heppard (Morehead); and his siblings, Brent and Janet. He is survived by: his siblings, Deanna Hamilton (Sean) of Ellensburg, Frederick Stephens of Bothell, Evalena Madril (Tino) of Puyallup, Juliaetta Holt (Mark) of Kent and Venetia Moore of Renton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
