She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Champie and Dorothy Champie (James Russell Bender Sr.); her siblings, Owen, Robert, Ayleen, Raymond, Lois and Jimmy; and her great grandchild Merridy Stilwell.
She is survived by: her spouse James Russell Bender; and her children, Dixie Bender Stilwell, Carol Bender West (Paul), Barbara Bender Raap (Ward), Deborah Bender Humphrey and James "Russ" Bender Jr. (Laurie). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren with one on the way and 4 great great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Florence's honor may be made to Hospice Friends of Kittitas County in care of Brookside Funeral Home, 101 E 2nd Ave Ellensburg, WA 98926.
