He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert G. Diefenbach and Janeice Ann Jump. He is survived by: his wife Carol Diefenbach; his children, Brian Diefenbach (Sofia), Kevin Diefenbach (Roni), Bridget August (Michael) and Angela Diefenbach; his grandchildren, Megan, Matthew, Emilia, Cayle, Cayden (John), Claire and Porter; his great grandchild Riot; and his siblings, Jane Bartholomew (Cory), Mary Diefenbach-Duke (Peter Oswald), Scott Diefenbach, Gary Diefenbach (Barbara), Alice Gergen (Jerry), Donna Hougnon (Kim) and Paul Diefenbach (Rina).
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Andrew's Catholic Church (401 S Willow St, Ellensburg, WA 98926). The military honors will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at the Ioof Cemetery (1900 Brick Rd, Ellensburg, WA 98926).
