She was predeceased by: her parents, John Belle and Alta Van Belle; her son Kelly (Patti); and her siblings, Betty, John and Jim.
She is survived by: her husband Frank; her children, Casey (Anne), Tim (Val), Pat (Stephanie) and Shannon Stewart (Don); and her siblings, Charles and Ellen. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Charlot asked that a contribution be made to the Union Gospel Mission in Yakima, Washington.
