He is survived by: his wife Ethel Bettencourt of Edmonds Washington; and his children, Carolyn (Ed Foster), Brian (Susan) and Jonathan. He is also survived by his 9 grandchildren.

Due to COVID restrictions, attendance is by invitation only.
