He was predeceased by: his parents, Marian "Dolly" Locke and Frederick Locke (Jean Locke); and his sister Marian B. Locke. He is survived by: his wife Faye Locke of Mukilteo; his siblings, Jack Locke and Annette Locke Carey Rockwell; and his children, Sonya Locke, Patricia Locke of Washington, Leslie Richard (Eldon Richard) of Torrington, Syd Locke, Jr (Jessica Ryan) of Olympia, Susan Locke of Kirkland and Steven Locke (Dawn Chism Locke) of Lynnwood. He is also survived by grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
