He is survived by: his wife Judi; his daughters, Renee Azarpay (Mehrdad), Kathi Kopak (Kevin) and Erin Kasper (Paul); and his sisters, Barbara Anderson (Jack Gunnette) and Beverly Laigo (Ben). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
