He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight Hubbard Collins and Mable Rebecca Cook (Greenwood); and his siblings, Vernon, Virgil of Seattle, Virginia of Renton and Vera Mae (Peggy) of North Bend, WA..
He is survived by: his wife Vicky (Bell) of Edmonds; and his children, Shauna A Eggen (Mark) of Lake Tapps, WA, Mark R Collins (Jan) of Spokane, WA and Shannon J Roselli (Jim) of Hanalei, HI. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
