She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Burghardt and Joanna Burghardt; and her brothers, Jim, Mark and Neal (Ralph).
She is survived by: her husband Ralph Nilsen; her children, Kate North (Edward), Jim Nilsen (Magrit) and Judy Burke (Brian); her grandchildren, Heidi North, Michael North, Sam North, Hunter Burke and Caroline Burke; and her great grandchildren, Chase, Addison and Olivia North-Bergman.
