He was predeceased by: his former wife Mary Elizabeth Lutz Rose. He is survived by: his wife Harriet Dashiell Rose; his children, John Rose, Julie Rose-Onkka and Sheila Rose Campbell; his stepson John Schwar; and his grandchildren, Bryan, Kristen, Mia, Adam, Alexander and Alicia.
