He is survived by: his mother Jeanne Cloe of Newport; his wife Linda Cloe of Richland Washington; his siblings, Don Cloe of Las Vegas and Linda Shultz of Alamo; and his children, David Cloe of Spokane, Dan Cloe, Deana Bower of South Beach, Mark Brown, Kevin Brown and Stacy McCorkle of Tri-Cities.
