She was predeceased by: her parents, Reed Wierks and Ellen Wierks. She is survived by: her sons, Paul Jacobchuk (Ehloura) and Perin Jacobchuk; her siblings, Ron Wierks, Nancy Collett (Hal), Kent Wierks (Dena) and Tammy Douglass (Bryan); and her caregiver Reuben Sapien. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
