He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Kaczka and Anna Kaczka; and his siblings, Leo, Eddy Kaczka and Theresa Adamczyk.
He is survived by: his wife Marianne; his children, Steven, Moya, Joanna, John Kaczka (Cherie) and Jerry Kaczka (Suzanne Besson); and his stepdaughter Bertine Hofmann. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren; and numerous cousins and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in John's name.
