It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald D Mizokawa (Edmonds, Washington), born in Bellevue, Washington, who passed away on October 13, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiroshi and Louise. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Ryan, Jodie and Sean; his grandchildren, Aiden and Olivia Louise; and his sister Mary Ann.
