She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Robert and Margaret Almira Horsley of Seattle, Washington.; her foster parents, Egan Backman and Ruth Backman; her brothers, Bob and Michael; and her husband Joe. She was also cherished by daughters, 6 amazing grandkids and last year her first great-grandson.
