Belt (Edmonds, Washington), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 30, 2017, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Tom; her children, Barbara Lloyd (Dan), Thomas R. Belt (Kim Reynolds) and Diana Van Loveren (Rene); her granddaughters, Angie Sullivan (Shea) and Kari Bonallo (Ian); and her great grandchild Maddie Sullivan.
