It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Leo Noel (Edmonds, Washington), born in Yakima, Washington, who passed away on May 3, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lou Ann; his children, Joyce (Chris), Carrie (Kendall), Rob (Ellen), Teresa (Mitch) and Michelle; and his father August. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
