He is survived by: his wife Theresa Neal; his brother Bruce Starbuck (Sally); his nephew George Starbuck (Amy); his sons, Michael and Scott; his nephews, Ryan Starbuck and Steve Starbuck (Marina); and his children, Jahn and Karine. He is also survived by her 4 children and grandchildren.
