He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Kulle and Anita Kulle; his siblings, Linnea, Bob, Mark and Mike; and his daughter Barbara Jean Anderson.
He is survived by: his significant other Bonnie; his siblings, Joy Tschernega (Bill) and Donald Kulle; his son Cliff Van Horne; his stepdaughter Debbie Ward (Derek); his stepgrandson Stephen Turnbull; and his grandchildren, Linnea, Wyatt and Katie Anderson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
