She was predeceased by: her parents, Herald and Viola; and her brother Clarence. She is survived by: her children, Rick (Judi), Tom (Trish), Kristi and Jesus; her husband Chuck; her grandchildren, Alexa and Quintin; and her brother Don. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
