He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank James and Mattie Almeda Pannell (Sartain); his sisters, Gloria Bowen and Patsy Bowen; and his parents-in-law, Hazel Griffith and Raymond Griffith.
He is survived by: his caregivers, Anna, Amelia and Elaina; his wife Sandi; his daughters, Lisa Plesha (Jared) and Angela Swindle (Christopher); his granddaughter Klare Plesha; and his siblings, Richard Pannell (Judy), Pam McNatt (Steve), Daniel Pannell (Caryn), David Pannell (Trish), Jamie Pannell and Mary Ann Neidl. He is also survived by His brothers- and sisters-in-law, many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews, numerous friends.
