He is survived by: his daughter Danielle; his granddaughters, Nicole, Gemma, Elsie and Audrey; his great grandchildren, Carson and Cam; his brothers, Lonnie and Tom (Carol); his nephews, Chuck, Chad, Paul, Mike and Robert; and his niece Lisa. He is also survived by his family and friends.
