He is survived by: his mother Margie Melby (Jenkins); his wife Mary Jayne Melby; his children, Chelsea Davies (Jordon) and Jonathan Melby (Ashlee); his grandchildren, Jordon, Cora Davies, Grayson, Penelope and Salem Melby; his siblings, Chis Sisel (Tim), Pam Kottke (Mike), Boone Melby (Melissa), Dana Melby (Dan) and Daniel Melby (Stacy); his nieces and nephews, Timmy (Heidi), Mason, Carter and Charlee Jo; and his great-nieces, Marceline and Eleanor.
