He was predeceased by: his brother Kevin Charles Lewis; and his grandparents, U. S. Rep, Robert A. Young and Irene Young (Slawson) of Saint Louis, Missouri.. He is survived by: his children, Violet Anne Lewis and Gibson Chase Lewis of Deming; his parents, Anne Grace Lewis (Young) and Robert Charles Lewis of Saint Louis; and his sister Katherine Anne Jacobs (Lewis) of Chesterfield. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and family.
