She was predeceased by: her husband Peter De Kriek; her son Mark De Kriek; and her siblings, Jennie, Cornelius, John and Harry.
She is survived by: her children, Mike De Kriek, D'Ann De Kriek and Kelli Blockley (Clyde); her grandchildren, Nick (Shawna), Kris (Kelly), Melanie, Brandi (Matthew) and Bryce (Audrey); her great grandchildren, Tatum, Isaac, Payton, Sierra, Quinn, Wesson, Westin, Presley and Leighton; her great great grandchild Holland; and her sister Bertha Vermeer of California.
