It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Jean Larsen of Deming, Washington, born in Bellingham, Washington, who passed away on April 22, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Carol Jean had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Carol Jean may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Erik Theodore "Ted" Larsen and Frances Zender; and her daughter Frances Metz. She is survived by: her children, Michelle Larsen and Philip Larsen (Christina); her granddaughter Brooklyn; and her siblings, Bob Larsen (Kelli), Tom Larsen (Tanna), Darlene Varang (Gary), Ann Larsen and Mickie Perez. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery.
