He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Kroll and Bettie Kroll; his wife Janet Kay Fogle; his daughter Lori; his grandsons, Chad and Spencer; his son Jason (Tamara); his grandchildren, Logan and Colten; his brothers-in-law, Dick and Duane; his daughter Lisa; and his sister Pat. He was also cherished by numerous uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.
