He was predeceased by: his son Dustin; and his parents, Judy and Don. He is survived by: his wife Elise Simpson; his children, Heather Pulliam (Dom), Jace Simpson, Keiana Haig (Anthony) and Amanda Drake; his grandchildren, Kilian, Nathan, Oaklynn, Chayse and Grae; and his siblings, Don (Jeana), Kevin (Daisy), Keith and Joann. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
