He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "LizAnn" Lewis-Murphy; his son Jeremy Lewis (Chrystal); his grandchildren, Nathan, Jordan, Isaiah, Samuel and Amelia Lewis; and his daughter Pamela Murphy. He is also survived by extended family and numerous close friends.
