He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Smith. He is survived by: his children, Shellee Evans (Ron), Timothy Smith (Angie), Tom Smith (Liz) and Tami Crain (Roger); and his grandchildren, Cody, Kamaryn, Dustin, Ellis, Kiera, Gage, Ricky, Natalee, Katie Anne, Brice and Davin.
