He is survived by: his children, Edward Lewis (Tammy), Melody Whitney (Gary), Lizann Murphy, Mark Lewis (Diane), Diane Embler and Donald Lewis (Kimberly); and his brother Jimmy. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren.
