He was predeceased by: his daughter Cynthia Irene Phillips; and his siblings, Bernice Yvonne Hendrickson, Delores Jean Wittenbraker, Joan Avon Gossman and Charles Darwin Hendrickson.

He is survived by: his wife Judy Irene Mason Hendrickson; his son James Donovan Hendrickson of Winter Park, FL; and his brother Donward Darrow Hendrickson of Deer Park. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
