We are sad to announce that on November 13, 2021, at the age of 78, Carolyn Ann Smith of Deer Park, Washington, born in Spokane, Washington passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Richard Borton and June Borton; her husband Jack; and her children, Shellee Evans, Tim Smith, Tami Crain and Jacob Smith. She was also cherished by her eleven grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Washington State University School of Nursing.
