She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene A. Johnson, Sr. and Anne C. Johnson (Majewski); her husband Gary Lee Oswalt; her son James; her grandson Dustin; and her siblings, Eugene, Kenneth, James and Evelynn Johnson.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Erica, Dylan Oswalt (Sabrina), Gary, Andrew, Jessica Lanford, Christien and Jeremiah Willden; and her stepson Dean. She is also survived by her aunt and uncles.
