He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobbie Lee Smith and Sharon Lavelle Smith. He is survived by: his friend Kristie McIntyre; his children, Branden, Kara, Meghan, Spencer and Levi; his wife Kristie; his grandchildren, Jayda, Max, Alaina and Adaline; his siblings, Judy, Sherri, Randy and Leon; and his close friends, Eric B, Jeremy O, Jeff C, Shayne P and Todd S.
